Hi,
Please can someone point me in the right direction....Up until a couple of days ago, the readiness score screen used to give recommended active minutes to aim for that day along with a selection of suitable workouts. I think the workouts have migrated to the Coach screen but I can't find the target minutes. Does anyone know please?
Thanks!

@Goldsgirl Do you use an Android or iPhone? I use an iPhone and my AZM recommendation and suggested workouts are below the bar graphs, like always. My app is v 4.24.

Hi @LZeeW , I'm Android. I don't have any bar charts in the Readiness score section (never did). The recommended zone mins used to be about half way down the page and just above the recommended workouts. I think the workouts have moved to Coach but I can't find the minutes 🤔. Pretty sure I'm on the latest app version....

@LZeeW App version 4.25.1.
Thanks!

@Goldsgirl I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue.

@Goldsgirl Fitbit is in the process of rolling out a new version of the Readiness Score and it sounds like it has come to you early. You can learn more about it here. I got the new Readiness Score early too. I think I may like it better than the old score once I get used to it. You can still find suggested workouts if you tap on "Steps" or "Active Zone Min" in the Today screen of the Fitbit app.

Hi @alexthecat ,
I understand the changes to the score itself (sort of!) and that's all fine with me. I'm actually looking for the recommended AZMs each day based on the readiness score. I like having it as a target. Perhaps a moderator (@LizzyFitbit ?)could comment as to whether this feature has gone completely or has just moved please? If it has moved, please could you tell me where to find it? Thank you!

@Goldsgirl the new Readiness Score is based on a more holistic view. It uses your Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, and sleep patterns to determine how well recovered you are from previous days' activities. It is not the same as the old Readiness Score, which was based only on the previous day's Active Zone Minutes. The new score does not include AZM recommendations. You can still edit your AZM goal in the Fitbit app, if that is a metric you choose to work with.

Hi @alexthecat thank you for the explanation, really helpful. I'm sorry to see the AZM recommendation go as I like that sort of target but as you say perhaps I'll tweak my target AZMs instead. Thanks again!

I went through the update to my Android for my Sense 2. I am extremely upset that we no longer receive suggested zone minutes daily. And I assume this is because during the app update process, it was said that everyone, not only Fitbit Premium users now get a readiness score. I really depended on that suggestion. The other methods mentioned in this thread was to look at Steps or AZM tile to view exercises, but these are not at all based on readiness. They seem to be based on my own daily AZM entries in the original settings. It now has nothing to do with related to my current health. This is a big loss. I would hope Fitbit would add this daily suggestion after sleep back into my metrics. Especially as I make sure that I keep a premium membership. It's not worth anything anymore.

HARD agree. I was in the middle of a five month plan here and one whole column of my tracking has just fallen out of my planning. It's a huge blow.

Hi all,
I'm still not feeling the love where the new readiness score is concerned. Preciously we got a little statement about our readiness and an exercise recommendation. Now it's "Your readiness score is moderate. This means you are ready for moderate exercise". Really? Wow, insightful. Also, having set up my exercise preferences with equipment etc. it seems to ignore that and give workouts for equipment I don't have and gives high intensity workouts even on a moderate or low readiness day. Sorry to be negative but I have tried to roll with this and I'm really not seeing this as an improvement in any way.

Absolutely agree. The active zone minutes suggestion gave me a daily target, and meeting that target gave me a goal. Vague wording does nothing. If FitBit doesn't bring back the suggested AZM, I will be canceling premium and possibly looking for another fitness tracker

I agree about the loss of the AZM. It was my motivator and goal. Changing and tweaking the goal manually does nothing for me. Please return this motivator/goal. It is the main reason for paying for premium.

I counted on every day viewing and using the suggested active zone minutes for my daily workout. It was a very important number! I too do not understand why this feature went away. I’m really not sure what we are getting when paying for premium, either. I am also thinking about going to another fitness device because of these issues.
Fitbit - Will the suggested daily active Zone minutes be returning very soon? Is there a revised list of what we are getting when we pay for premium service? Thanks!

@Goldsgirl The post in the Premium forum that describes the new fall feature says we are going to get workout recommendations based on our readiness score. I just saw a screenshot in a different forum, but I lost track of where I saw it. I can't describe it any more than that. It was in Norwegian.
