Why still so condescending as to demand that everyone have 5 characters to their postcode and have a delivery location in the USA?
Surely you want to sell beyond that one country?

To choose the Online Store on your location. Please on the store site, scroll down. You'll see a flag and location on the bottom right corner. 

Click on it and select your location to get redirected to the store there.
