Hi, I've had my charge 3 since August last year and suddenly after charging, white lines have appeared on the screen and the screen is more unresponsive. I have tried the help suggestions of resetting it and changing the clock face but it hasn't made any difference. Who would I contact with regards to getting this sorted under the guarantee. I purchased this from Argos. Thanks

If you are in the UK contact Argos. The warranty should also be for 2 years under an EU directive.
