The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
Note that when you get things working again your data may not look right. This is because your fitbit only has enough memory to hold up to 7 days of detailed data between syncs. After that it starts to hold data at a daily summary level. As you haven't synced for so long you will be missing some detailed data.
