Who has also a Nokia smartphone ?

Since 11 April I was proud to have a new Versa2.

BUT : it worked well for about 5 days, then GPS didn't work properly, but is a general problem, so can still live with this problem.

BUT : this smartwatch is NOT COMPATIBLE with NOKIA smartphones !!!!

And this was NOT mentioned on the Fitbit website specifications.

Is there someone who has also this problem, and what did you do to solve this ???

thanks a lot for your advise

Anne

@SunsetRunner   You are correct when you say that Nokia phones aren't compatible.  There are no Nokia models on the compatible smartphone/tablet list.   But the Fitbit store Specs page has a link for device compatibility and the box does say that it requires a compatible smartphone.  I know that this doesn't make you feel any better about your purchase.  And if you are saying to yourself that Fitbit doesn't make it easy to find this information, I tend to agree.

If you bought your Versa 2 from Fitbit, there is a 45 day, no questions asked return policy.

Hi @SunsetRunner which Nokia smartphone do you have? I have an 8.1 and have absolutely no issues syncing my Versa 2 to it.  As far as I'm concerned as long as the phone has at least Android 7.0 with a minimum of Bluetooth 4.0 then it should work as other trackers (Garmin, Polar etc.) don't have compatibility lists.
