When I first got my Charge 3 (10 days ago) I could only see limited information on my sleep. A simple bar with 3 stages. Then it changed to show me a sleep score number, and depth of sleep. Now it has switched back... Any ideas, please?

I am finding this, too. I have a new Charge 4 and signed up for the Premium trial. I have only slept with it for six nights. I got detailed data & a sleep score for four of those nights (only two of those detailed stats gave me the EOV graph though). The past two nights, it has only given me "simplified Sleep Details".
There is no difference to how I was wearing my device the past two nights and it was fully charged right before going to bed. Why would it stop working? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my low resting heart rate (46 bpm on average, so sometimes lower). @Taichimummy , is your heart rate low, too? During Covid-19, we're watching a lot of Netflix before heading upstairs to bed. Could my Fitbit be getting confused as to when my sleep actually started (thinking it started while I was watching a show)? Could my heart rate be falling so low while I sleep (it sometimes goes into the high 30s) that the Fitbit can't monitor my detailed sleep patterns? Does it have a range of bpm that it works most accurately within? Thanks in advance. Monitoring my sleep quality was one of the main reasons I bought my Fitbit.
