hello
i recently had the Woohoo momnet when my weight reduced to my goal weight, it happened while using the Android app - which promptly offered me a chance to update my goal - and i got to choose between loose, maintain, and gain.
i went for maintain - but now i am a little confused, as im not sure what fitbit sets up as maintain. every day i am a little over or under my goal as would be expected - but i still have the woohoo notice, my calories seem to be saying maintain - but on the dashboard online im not sure and wonder if the calories left is based on a deficit. i see from other posts that the android app is beta and that i might have to log out and back into it to have it sync to the online dashbord.
my big confusion came when i went to edit my goal online - and i cant find a maintain setting, only a loose (not even sure i can find a gain setting),
so if the Android app is the only place where the maintain setting goal is - how does that work if I sometimes use the online dashboard as it is easier than the android phone one ? sometimes the food database on the android phone app laggs and cant find specific foods, so i log in via a desktop or an ipad browser (not the ipad app).
i have a sumsung galaxy s7 edge if that matters,

Hello, @Knitknitfrog! It is so nice to have you here. Congratulations on achieving your goal! Keep up the hard work!
In this case since you chose to maintain your current weight, your calorie's tile will not have a strict defecit as if you were trying to loose weight, so it freezes on your goal reached, and records your information as you log your food and exercise. Based on your calories consumed and burned it will give you different amounts that you can still consume for each week, for example if one day you eat more than usual and you don't burn those calories, the next day you will have less calories to consume. (This is with the sedentary setting)
Regarding your question about the Android App, it should work as any other, if you are experiencing any problems with it, please know that we recently released an update, so make sure to updated to get better results.
I hope this helps, if you have any questions let me know!
