I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and a charge 2. I use both the Fit App and Samsung Health App and they are synced, but my charge 2 is only syncing my sleep data, why wont it sync my other data, specifically my steps tracked to the Samsung Health App. I dont always have my phone on me and there is no way to manually log steps, so syncing would be consistent across the board.

Welcome to the Forums @Trulydetermined.
At this time Fitbit and the Samsung Health app cannot connect directly. How are you syncing them? Are you using some sort of third-party app?
Because these two cannot connect directly we cannot guarantee that some third-parties will work correctly and sync all information.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

No I'm not using a third party app to sync. It says on the samsung health
app that it recognizes the fit bit and can sync together to transfer data
that's not picked up with my mobile device alone, like sleep pattern. So I
set the Samsung health app to link to my for bit so the data can be
transferred. Maybe then I should be reaching out to the Samsung health
forum instead?
Thank you

Hello @Trulydetermined.
Thanks for the update.
I think that in this case reaching out to Samsung would definitely be best since such a connection would be developed and worked by them directly. Please do keep me posted on how it goes!
If you have the time be sure to visit our Discussion boards. Maybe you can find something that you'd like to talk about in there.
