Your software not allowing certain phones to communicate with your junk hardware is complete bull**ahem**. Why in the hell do you have to have a compatibility list when you could just let everyone with a driod use the **ahem** things and not cause frustration from people trying to save 300 to 400 dollars on there smartphone by not buying a Samsung or an iPhone. Give your heads a shake and take your "fit**ahem**" and SUYA!

Hi, @Bski! It's not so much about limiting the phones that are compatible as confirming which phones are. With the Android platform having so many phones, it takes a lot of time and effort to confirm that a phone is fully compatible with all the Fitbit features, which is when it gets put on the list. As you'll see from looking around the forum, there are a lot of people who are using phones not on the compatible list with no problem.

Well as I see the P10 plus has alot of users that are not able to use your devices so instead of commenting and wasting time how about fixing whatever it is you need to do to make these devices work with yours

No, no no and again NO!! Stop spreading this lie. There is a single (as in just one!) phone on the market that's currently approved. The Samsung S8. This means that the product is not compatible with android phones and that the company is not taking care at all about solving this issue. "Not having tested all possible android devices" means like having at least 20 devices from the last 6 months certified. Having a single one from 9 months ago approved means "we're not compatible and we don't know what we're doing".
