Same issue here with my S21 today. Tried rebooting and system software update too

The widget on Android keeps telling to open the app to aquire data. Tried restarting the phone, reinstalled the app twice. Purged cache.

Nothing worked so far..

So what is the resolution to this, FitBit? Because my wigdet is still not working properly and it's very aggravating.

This has been happening since I switched from my s20 to s21 a couple of weeks ago. It worked fine on my s20.

Fitbit, this question is marked as solved but the "solution" is just a general comment and not a fix of any kind. All the users posting this month are on various s21 models, which don't even have an SD slot. What's the solution?

Same issue after going from a Samsung S8 to a Samsung S21.  I guess no upgrade really is free.

Fitbit is probably not looking at this because it's marked resolved.  We should probably open a new post.  For the record, I have the same issue since upgrading from a Galaxy S8 to a Galaxy S21 and several other issues that after several hours I finally figured out. I'm going to open a new post and you folks with the Samsung S21s should jump on that.  After seeing this post, it appears to be something with the S21.

Unfortunately there is nothing happening.

This issue is well know for a long time, still no solution

Kinda sad there is no update or something,  especially since fitbit is a google company

On my new Oneplus 9 pro, I cannot get the Fitbit widget to sync, it always says I have to start the Fitbit app and update...but I do! The Fitbit app works pretty well showing all the datas

My previous Oneplus 8 pro worked fine, no problems at all

I uninstalled the whole thing, restarted the phone, and installed everything again, but still no widget sync

if anyone has an idea how to make that widget working, please!

thanks

Fitbit have declined to comment on the many issues people have been having since the last update on 23rd March.

The problem still persists.
