Hi All,
I've just learned that I will have to switch smartphones tomorrow, due to a company phone policy.
I currently have an IPHONE 6, with IOS 9.2.
I will receive tomorrow a Samsung S6. It will be new, so assume I'll have the lastest Android version?
My question is....Is there functionality that I will "lose", when switching from IOS to Android?
I've reviewed the "supported devices" tables, comparing the IPHONE 6S vs. Samsung S6.
On the Samsung table / matrix, "synching" is not even listed. Does this mean that I wont be able to sync my Charge HR, to my new Samsung Phone?
Thanks for any help / feedback.
Best Regards,
DJ

No issues here with Galaxy S6 Edge and Fitbit.

Hi @lindsaymn, welcome to the Community! The Charge HR doesn't has that feature, it only give you call notifications but not text notifications, like the Surge, that allows you to read your text messages as long as you have a compatible device.
Let me know if you have more questions. I'll be around.

Hi there @Yinyin welcome to the Community! Oh, it sounds too bad that your Charge HR is not syncing, but don't worry, let me suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker by following these instructions, then please try to sync. If after try that, your tracker still not syncing with your Samsung Galaxy 6s, please review this article "I can't sync my tracker".
I hope that works. Let me know if you have additional questions.
