Hi @Mcintiresibyl it's great to see new faces around. t to see new faces around! Sounds too bad that your Flex is not syncing and not blinking. First of all, I will ask you to please perform a restart of your Flex and then, please follow the instructions on this help article to make your tracker syncs.
