Flex won't blink on full charge after update

Please help! I just did the update and my Fitbit flex won't blink and won't sync on my S4 phone. Please help I'm training for a half and really want to track my step. I reset already as directed per previous post suggestions.

Hi @Mcintiresibyl it's great to see new faces around. Robot Very Happy t to see new faces around! Sounds too bad that your Flex is not syncing and not blinking. First of all, I will ask you to please perform a restart of your Flex and then, please follow the instructions on this help article to make your tracker syncs.

I followed your directions and it still isn't working. I wish it would work
off of the charger. As soon as it goes on my wrist no blink or sync. Please
help.
