I am having the same issue, but mine says last sync was May 3rd. I deleted my blaze from my bluetooth in hopes of resetting everything, and now its picking up a Charge 2 instead of my blaze. I dont know if my phone is picking up on my neighbors or what. It's definitely very frustrating. I would love to know why its not working and what to do to fix it.
Same here!
As of the 5th of May my Ionic has stopped syncing to either my Galaxy S8 or my HTC!
My fitbit versa has been doing that as well since the 5th of May. It will sync during the day but once midnight hits the steps and everything disappear.
I got it to work on my Blaze. I removed the Blaze from my BT on Android and then searched. I used 'classic Bluetooth on my Blaze (never noticed that option before) and has to pair via a passcode. It all seems to work fine now.
Best AnswerWhat did they tell you on how to fix this latest update foilble that seems to be giving SO many of us a problem? It appears to be affecting many diff models. Come on Fibit, it seems every other update causes more issues than it fixes??

Hello everyone! thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I saw @SunsetRunner has provided a great workaround to address the syncing issues you are experiencing.
I would recommend to give it a try to this suggestions in case the issue persists. In case you need some extra help, refer to our following help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
See you later and hope this helps.

Best AnswerThe other day for reasons unknown to me when I had the Blaze on charge it started updating.. My guess is a software glitch that has been taken care of by FITBIT.. Now if they can just get rid of these excess floors I never walk up..But that is a different issue.
