Thanks for sharing your question and interest with Fitbit.

 

In this case I'd like to mention that the LG Escape 3 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing. If you already have it, maybe you could try those steps to get it to work.

Thank you for replying. What is very strange is that my Alta was listed on my phone and Fire Kindle tablet but I can't get this Charge 3 to sync with either one, very confusing. Lynda
