Hi Team, My Fitbit Charge 3 is not syncing the data with mobile app, i have tried all the solution available of forum, like rebooting the device through band setting or rebooting when it is connected with its charger , done force to stop fitbit app & turn on & off blue tooth & restarting mobile but again fiibit app is showing no deice found. Finally, i tried reinstalling fit bit app but again same problem is showing, Facing this problem from last 5 days, please guide to fix this issue.

I am having same problem. Have tried all the suggestions as you to get it to link. No luck. Hope customer service will respond soon.

Welcome to the Forums @AshwaniSh and @SWU.
Thanks for listing all of the steps that you have tried so far to get this to work.
My recommendation in this case would be to try setting up your Fitbit as if it was a brand new Fitbit. That will help so that it starts syncing.
In the meantime I'd like to ask you what phone is it that you are using to sync your Fitbits? Also, what Android version is that phone running?

You know that's not working. Everyone is having this problem. At the very least we could be told the truth instead of being told to do things that qualify as "busy work" until our warranties run out, or the company quietly fixes their app.
