Syncing with Huawei P20

Hello My fitbit 3 is set to automatic synchronization but that function does not work, I always have to go in and synchronize manually, why? I have a Huawei P20.

Thanks for trying those steps and letting me know that it didn't work.

In this case let's try the following steps:

1. Turn off the automatic syncing setting.
2. Restart both your phone and your Fitbit.
3. Turn the automatic syncing back on.

After that give it another shot and that should do the job.

If you have the time, I'd like to ask you some questions:

• Are you syncing with any other devices? 
• Is your phone connected to other Bluetooth devices?
• Has the automatic syncing worked at some point?
