Hello My fitbit 3 is set to automatic synchronization but that function does not work, I always have to go in and synchronize manually, why? I have a Huawei P20.

Welcome to the Forums @Marca63.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details.
In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They will help so that your Fitbit starts syncing correctly and with your P20.
Let me know if you have any other questions on the matter and keep me posted on how it goes.

Hello @Marca63.
Thanks for trying those steps and letting me know that it didn't work.
In this case let's try the following steps:
- Turn off the automatic syncing setting.
- Restart both your phone and your Fitbit.
- Turn the automatic syncing back on.
After that give it another shot and that should do the job.
If you have the time, I'd like to ask you some questions:
- Are you syncing with any other devices?
- Is your phone connected to other Bluetooth devices?
- Has the automatic syncing worked at some point?
I look forward to your reply.
