Thanks. I have deleted the device from. Bluetooth and used the app. I'm not sure it's completly solved the issue but I will keep trying.

No issue with fit bit syncing. Thanks.

But my fit bit band has lost its secure locking capabilities and falls off.

I followed one of the posts that worked for me:

1. Turn off Bluetooth

2. Restart phone

3. Turn on Bluetooth

4. Resync

It tells me to turn off blue tooth and then turn back on, and try again.  I used to be connected to my HR and it worked great.  But stopped a couple months ago.  I've tried literally everything.  Including getting a 32G SIM card to move all files and photos to it to save on memory space.  It still will not sync.  It communicates just enough to generate the 4 digit pin, but the pin is never accepted by my phone.  I even tried to sync it to my MAC book.  I really think there is something wrong with my HR.

Hey @Kimoolala! Welcome to the Forums @KateK125@gcmiller21445 and @Eabfitness!

@Kimoolala Please let me know if it were to happen again.

@KateK125 Are you getting any error message whenever you try to sync with the mobile device?

@gcmiller21445 Thanks for letting us know that it worked out for you.

@Eabfitness Do you have any other Bluetooth devices around that could be interfering with the connection? If not, please let me know.

Look forward to your replies!

I also am having trouble syncing my blaze to Samsung galaxy 7.  It worked well the 1st day, I was getting notifications, etc. All of the sudden it stopped.  I have tried everything the support team suggested but still no go. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app. Any ideas?

I had my phone's Bluetooth forget fit bit 2. And then connected through the
Fitbit app. Charged the phone. And so far so good. Hope it helps

Phone Bluetooth needs to forget your fit bit device and locate it through
the Fitbit app.
Hope that helps

My Blue tooth won't pair with my phone. Says rejected by Blaze. So, I don't have it linked at all.

Not sure about the blaze issue. They had suggested that I uninstall and
reinstall the app if all else failed. But I didn't need to do that.
If all else fails call customer support they are very helpful

Hello @Kimoolala and @katwoman5! Welcome to the Forums @Cinnyo and @Cinde57!

@Cinnyo and @Cinde57, I'd recommend that you follow the steps I mentioned previously, like @Kimoolala mentioned.

@katwoman5 Let's try to run the Set up process of the Blaze once again. Make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that could mess with the connection between your Fitbit and your mobile at that time.

Let me know how it goes.
