Won't sync, can't connect to fitbit.com

I have not been able to get my Fitbit to sync since yesterday afternoon I have tried turning off and turning on the Bluetooth I have restarted the phone and still nothing. When I hit the button to sync in the as it attempts and then it gives me an error that I cannot contact fitbit.com. I have tried this post while on Wi-Fi and when I have a good cell phone signal. Any suggestions?

Does this also occur when using mobile internet?

 

In case the internet router is turned a longer time, it sometimes can cause issues like a website not loading, the internet going slower.. Feel free turning off / on the internet router if not already done.
