Won't sync with App

My Flex will not sync with the app. This has been going on for a few days. It will only sync if I turn my computer on to sync with the dongle. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, But that did not help. I played with the settings (sync all day, etc.) and that didn't help either.

I turned Bluetooth off then back on and that seemed to do it
