Fitbit bracelet works fine. Hasn't synced to my Droid Maxx 2 phone since Feb 20. Tried everything suggested by app and the other Forum topic replies.
Even took it to Verizon. No success. They said it needs to be replaced. Still under warranty. Now what?

@Oldscribe, you don't mention which Fitbit device you have, which makes it hard to comment on specific steps to sync it. In checking the Fitbit Compatible Devices list, it shows that the Motorola Droid Maxx is on the list but the Maxx 2 is not yet on the list. So, is it possible that not all functions will be supported. Are you running the latest version of the Android app, v2.67? What are the "everything suggested" that you have tried to get it to sync?

Thanks for your reply. Forgot to mention...Alta HR. My Android is 7.1.1.
It worked fine for six weeks. List the steps and sleep mides...says it can't sync. Tried all the steps...

Larry, yes...I have latest Fitbit software. Any thoughts other returning it?
