Won't update or sync

I have uinstalled, reinstalled, logged off logged back in, tried to update, turn my phone off and back on, I keep getting can't find my device. Blue tooth is on. I have great connection so not sure why not syncing or updating. Very frustrating

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @WLLH! I'd start by following these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting  up your tracker as a new device may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual.
