I noticed my versa 2 wasn't syncing so I tired everything. Disconnecting from Bluetooth, resetting my device, deleting and redownloading the app.
When I try to reconnect to Bluetooth, my android tells me I need an app to connect. But I have the app downloaded and am logged into my account.
Then I tired reconnecting to wifi, but the page won't load. It just has the blue circle going round and round. I don't think I can sync or connect to Bluetooth if i don't connect to the internet.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @ARuiz89 , @Joannie_B - if you factory reset the watch it is like a new watch and has to be setup by the Fitbit App, part of the process establishes a Bluetooth connection.
In the Fitbit App click profile photo and then " + Set up a Device" and replace your existing watch in the app.
In general this may help Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Remember that you connect to the tracker from within the Fitbit app, and not from the mobile device's bluetooth settings/menu.

@ARuiz89 Is there any chance your phone is using a VPN? I have heard that fitbit is not specifically blocking VPN traffic, but many users have reported issues when connecting through a VPN, on their mobile device.
