Wont sync

Could anyone help please uve just  noticed my fit bit charge hr as nit been adding my steps says since 7th may. It wont snyc. Ive tryed resetting it. Ive deleted my app and re installled it and still wont sync.

I've had the same problem.   Seems since the last upgrade things have gone a little haywire.  I did everything required at least twice, rest bluetooth, reloaded app, restarted fitbit, tried to add fitbit as a new device and nothing.  It is still tracking my steps but is not syncing, which means all my steps, sleep, stairs everything for the past 2 weeks is not counted.  I eventually called fitbit support an they could not even get it to sync.  But looks like I am getting a replacement, won't fix the missing 2 weeks on my app but will make it better for the next steps.

Thank you. Oh no i hope you do get a replacement. Ive emailed them now so
waiting for a answer as ive done everything i can think of even to the
point of turning the wi fi off at the box end to see if could of been
that. Xv

I'd recommend giving fitbit a call.  They were very helpful and it seems the latest upgrade has caused a lot of problems for the older devices.  Not having 2 weeks worth of exercise is a hassle but being able to track in the future will be great.

This is happening to me to. It will sinc to my laptop but not my phone.

Same symptoms here: Last successful sync of my Charge HR was May 3.  Every manual sync attempt times out after a few minutes.  I do occasionally get the app (running on a Pixel) to show current steps today, but it shows zero steps for every day in-between since May 3.  I've cycled bluetooth, I've force killed the app, I've power cycled the phone, I've power cycled the Charge HR.  I have not uninstalled/reinstalled yet.  I'm planning to do that next, but based on the other responses in this thread, I'm not optimistic about it.  Will watch for further developments.

Hi, ive finished up emailing them. They gave me things to do which most of it  was what I've already tried which was turning blue tooth of and on resting the fit, uninstalling and reinstalled the app, clearing the cache. I have re tried all they have suggested but still unable to sync it to my phone. I have since emailed them back and they going to replace mine as its still in warranty. I suggest emailing them hopfully they will be able to help you.

What email address did you use? I am having the same issue.

My partner is able to update if he logs into my account on his phone but he lives on Scotland and I am in australia so it's frustrating to have to do that.

I've done the same as you, reset phone, deleted app and then downloaded again, deleted fitbit and added as device again, removed from bluetooth and readded it. Still wont sync.

I am using my normal email address it will sinc to my computer but not the app on my phone which is very flusterating and it's not adding my sleep right or my exercising and I get no help from fit bit

Hi. I emailed them telling them what was the problem. It did take them 2
day to reply they gave me some instructions to follow which most i had
already done. I re did the steps they asked me to do but still would not
sync. I emailed them back. They then asked soe simple questions about how
long i have had my fit bit and where i got it from. They have replaced it
with a new one as it was still in warranty. Good luck hope you get this
stored.

Fitbit.com. it did take them 2 days to reply to my email.
