This is the second time it has happened. There is no re-match option on the work week challenge I set up last week. As some of those who participate are not my fitbit friends but friens of others this is very annoying. It did happen a couple of weeks ago but last week was ok. Is there anyway to get this back? I use a Samsung S5 and an ipad and its missing from both app

Hello there @Louise-W, awesome to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and it seems the option for re-match is missing from your previous challenge.
When the app is failing in certain sections or the functionality is not behaving as expected, usually is because the app is not running the latest version. To learn more about the last version available please go here.

I think this is a larger problem. Everyone in my challenge from last week can't see the rematch button either. So frustrating.

Same here. None of my friends on Fitbit can see the rematch button either across two matches and I do have the latest version of the app which is currently android version 3.12.1 (20243452). Any suggestions? Should I try turning it off and back on again? Maybe it's not plugged in? 🤪

Same here. No one in my challenge has a rematch option or can set up a new challenge.
