Workout errors - no calories and tracking as distance

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just got a charge 3 and my workouts are all logging incorrectly.  I was using the weights activity and it is showing distance as if it's a run rather than the time.  If I click through the screens it shows the calories but not in the main overview screen.  I deleted all of the 6 presets and added them back. Tried workout instead of weights and the same thing is happening...still showing distance as if it's a run and won't show calories.  Any ideas to fix this?!?

Welcome to the Forums @Jlcorte14.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried this far.

Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing? That'd help me determine what is the best way to go about this situation.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks for your help.

1st screen shot.  The yellow were done by starting an excercise from my watch . You'll notice they don't show time and instead show distance as if it was a run and they don't have the calories burned.  The green we're logged automatically, I didn't start a workout for those.  That is what I am expecting for the workouts I log with my watch and is what my charge 2 did.

2nd & 3rd screen shots are when I select today's workout, so those details (time and calories burned) are there they just aren't showing on the excercise summary screen.  Last screen  shot is the screen shot showing where I have added and removed these shortcuts numerous times. I have updated the Fitbit app and I even disconnected and added this watch again a few days ago when I noticed this the first time .

Hello @Jlcorte14

Thanks for taking the time to share those screenshots.

In this case I'd like to ask if you have any other devices that you could use to access the activity log to verify is the information is the same. Alternatively please try to check on it by accessing the activity log page on the website version of the Dashboard.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
