I manually clicked & started the running exercise on my Fitbit Charge 2. When I finish I long pressed the side button to finish the run and it recorded it. It said, "Impressive" with the picture of the 2 flags and it had the overview of the run. However, it recorded it as a weights workout and not a run. I tried to edit it both on my android app & on fitbit.com but it didn't work. Can I fix this and if so, how can I fix it?

Hi @TheAdventuress. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 2, and let me help you with your question. Currently exercises started from your device itself cannot be edited once they're logged in the Fitbit app or in your fitbit.com dashboard. I'm sorry about this inconvenience and I'd suggest to manually log your activity in the Fitbit app so it can reflect the correct name.
