Wrong sleep begin/end times displayed

I am really into recording my sleep as it is pretty horrible from tossing and turning so much.  I set sleep reminder and sleep times.

Sleep reminder is set to 9.45 pm. Time displayed is 4.15 am.

Time to sleep set at 11 pm. Time displayed is 5.30 am.

Time to wake is set to 6.25 am. Time displayed is 12.55 pm.

So when. I look at my sleep record, for example last night, it says I slept at 6.24 am and woke at 2.01 pm.

I am sure this is some weird time zone thing but kind of annoying as I don't really know when I fall asleep. Falling asleep to me usually means passing out while reading.

What can I or we do to rectify this issue?

Hi there @Gancho, welcome to the Fitbit Community. Let me ask you a few questions to have a better perspective of this. I'm wondering if you have compared your sleep times with the times of your Online Dashboard? Make sure the times are the same or if there are discrepancies as well. If you can sahre some screenshots it will be helpful to have a closer look.

If the issue is with the timezone as you are suspecting, I'm wondering if the steps and other activities shows different times too? We can review the timezone settings in the meantime to make sure this is not the source of the issue, to do this the following post will guide you through: Changing Time Manually.

I'll be around, so don't forget to keep me updated.
