I've tried numerous times to add my hr to my account, on a xperia xa1.
I've turned charge hr on and off 3 times, reset my Bluetooth, turned off my phone. I get to the point where I can enter the number from the charge hr onto my phone but it just keeps saying connecting and then cuts out!?
Is there anything else I can do with it? It's not on the list of devices, but from the forum I can see other people use the same phone successfully.

Hi there @Turtlemyrtle. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Sony Xperia XA1 and thanks for all you've tried to get it to pair.
As you mention, it seems that this phone is not on the list of compatible devices. When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.
For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.
I would recommend making sure that your phone is running at least on Android 4.4 (KitKat) and that you're using the latest version of the Fitbit app. If it doesn't work after that, I would recommend pairing your tracker to a device that is compatible or you can also use a computer that uses Windows 10 with built in Bluetooth to get your tracker to sync.
Hope this helps and anything else you may need, let me know!
PS. I moved your post to the Android app board for categorization purposes.
