@Motorola, have you checked the Fitbit Compatible Devices list?   I don't think the Motorola Z5 is on there, but you should check the list.

if your device is not comfortable with fitbit then you first update your device to oreo then you can try fitbit on your device.

Yes. I have the force 2 and my charge 2 works and syncs great!
