The Fitbit set up app just searches and never finds my Fitbit Charge 2. How can I connect my Fitbit? This issue is so frustrating! Please help!

@Heather122 @Dragonfruit At this time, the ZTE Z981 is currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet fully tested it for compatibility and added it to the list. I recommend setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. 

 

Our Android team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates! I will also make sure to update everyone in this thread when the ZTE Z981 is added to the supported devices list.

It may not be possible to fix this as your phone is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Hopefully someone with that phone will be able to confirm either way

No current model android handsets are on the list. Fitbit have dropped the ball.

I just purchased my Versa yesterday. I have a ZTE Z981. I was looking for a solution to my issue and found this thread. Last day posted reads 6-19-17. Has there been any fix since then?
