Zip not syncing with galaxy s4

I've had this issue for awhile. Zip is not syncing. I've gone through all the troubleshooting on the pagr. Turned everything off and on. Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. I got no where with the online chat. They actually disconnected me when I told them I did all the troubleshooting listed on their page.this is incredibly frustrating and was thinking of upgrading to an hr surge but am seriously thinking of going with another produxt
