Zip won't sync to app

 I just received the Zip last week.  It will not sync properly to the app on Android.  Pixel XL.  I have to remove device, remove battery from zip, then add as new device each time I want to sync.  I had a One before but can't get that anymore.

Thanks for going through those steps to get your Zip to sync before posting.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps in this help article. Some of them you have already tried but please go through all of them in order.

You can consider closed.  I consider it an unusable device.  Completely disappointed.
