When creating new custom food item everything seems to work for short time. After a while (day) item can not be opened and prompt shows "cant synch with...". Based on your suggestions i tried to revoke
access and i lost all my custom food items and also all tracking off my food. I bought your product since i thought you are the best on the market apparently i was wrong. I consider saving data basic functionality.

Don't use the custom foods feature. If it doesn't result in lost data (I lost more than two weeks of data), it will give false nutrition values (for me, wildly inaccurate sodium counts, talking +200% error rates every day). Fitbit has known about this for a while already but no solution yet.
Running Android 11 and Fitbit app version 3.62 (20263734). I use the MyPlate app for more accurate counts. For me, the Fitbit food section is for laughs at this point.
