Got the fitbit for Christmas. Since then I have had to uninstall/reinstall the app for a third time.It will begin to drop steps from the dashboard and when I go to my account I will get the message "fitbit has stopped working".
Could it possibly be the fitbit? My guess would be a problem with the app. And I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone...

It was reported the orher day, by a moderator, tgat forbit us aware that the app is not always updating correctly. When i see discrepancies I always go to fitbit.com to confirm.
