app sleep section wrong month and missing graphs

I have my fitbit charge 2 connected to fitbit app via my android tablet (my windows phone doesn't support it and my laptop doesn't have Bluetooth).. the sleep section is missing graphs in the main display. however if you scroll down it does show the individual nightly graph results. The dates on these individual ones are wrong months tho. It shows its may 4th when its april 5th. the other areas of the app show the correct month and my charge2 itself shows the correct date..

I was informed to check the fitbit.com info. didn't know about the dashboard so after reviewing it, the sleep section shows the correct date in the corner box but the individual sleep sections shows the wrong month. if you view the panel on the right, its correct date so I'm confused whats going on. with the app being incorrect date and the dashboard being incorrect date I don't know if its going to be reliable. I don't know what else to do to try to fix it. iv updated and reclogged in and resync...

is the hr monitor on this reliable if the other parts aren't reliable?

I have screenshots from both dashboard and tablet however it wont allow me to post them bc it says "please remove before sending your post"

I'm wondering if your tablet has the correct date since I believe the tracker syncs to the time shown on the device that is paired. The reason I question that is because, not only is the month wrong in your screen shot, the year that is showing is 2017.

Yep that's been checked already, tablet date is correct. Other areas of the Fitbit app is correct date (like step tracker page)....but even if I go into the sleep one to "log a sleep" it'll have the correct month and date as the default suggested date. So not sure why the displayed one is incorrect when the others are showing correct

To include a photo, use the 'Photos' link with the camera icon in the icon choices just above the area you type in.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
