barcode issue

I have not been able to use the scan barcode, i tried it out on Monday it worked fine, then Tuesday i tried to scan something i keep getting messages (still looking) not getting a clear picture of the barcode. Please help....

Welcome to our Community @Lillybell! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley HappyI'd like to know if this is the first time this happens to you and if you have updated your Android app to the latest version? Also, you can try the following:

 

1. Ensure that your item's entire barcode is within the scanning area. 
2. If an item doesn't scan, tap the X to exit the scanner and then search for the food. If the food item doesn't appear, create a custom food by tapping Custom and then Add Custom Food.
