Welcome to the community!
Don't try to pair your Fitbit to your phone by traditional means. Just download the Fitbit App and log in. That's it. The Fitbit App will manage your bluetooth pairing.

Please know that the message you're receiving of an "Incorrect Pin or Password" is cause you're trying to set up your tracker using Bluetooth settings instead of the Fitbit app. Try to set up your tracker by going here.
