I have ZTE phone and a charge 2 ...i have gotten 1 text and that is all

Hey @Kimberbi! A very warm welcome to the Community.

 

I'd like to ask you what ZTE model is the one that you have. It is possible that it is not a supported device and that would explain why the notifications are not coming through. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the functionality of non-supported devices.
