White blank screen when launching app

I can only get into the app immediately after downloading from the Play Store - login and sync work fine.  After a few hours, when I launch the Fitbit app, I only get a white screen - no errors, no timeouts, or anything.  

 

I've tried restarting my phone, cleared cache, but the only thing that works is to uninstall & install again.  

 

Any help?

Welcome to the Community @sjalbert. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with the Fitbit app? If you do, could you please provide me with a screenshot of your Dashboard? In the meantime, please log out and log back in to your account.

did you manage to solve this problem?  Mine is doing the same. Only works when I uninstall app then install again. It's very annoying.

Hi there, have you got a solution to this issue? This occurs to me as well. Need to uninstall & reinstall back to make it work
