I was given a fitbit flex by my friend since she had received a new one for Christmas. I downloaded the app onto my phone but can't get it to pair with my phone. I really don't know what to do. Can anyone help me? I'm anxious to get this working and get moving.

I recommend confirming that your mobile device is compatible with the Fitbit app for Android by checking out our compatibility list here. If it is, I then recommend setting up by following the step-by-step set up guide here. That should get you up and running.

Already did that. Still can't find my fitbit when I try to sync them. I'm
ready to just throw in the towel and get a different brand. It won't even
sync with the computer.
