Hi, I have a versa 2. I tried to add my Up bank mastercard and it shows 'This card can't be set up for contactless payments-your bank doesn't support contactless payments with our watch on your card.'  I tried all the troubleshooting, nothing worked. Then I contacted the bank. They say they support fitbit and google pay and it could be a newly discovered issue with mastercard. The bank is saying they advised mastercard to expedite this. Fitbit is saying the bank is not supported! Can anyone please let me know what's going on? I regret buying this already.

Hello @mm1234567 and welcome to the Community.  Google Wallet for Fitbit is different from Google Pay on your phone.  Here is the Google Wallet for Fitbit Bank List.  Please correct me if I am wrong.  Up is a digital Australian bank.  I don't see it on the list.

I see many posts that are like yours.  Please clarify with your bank.  I think there are bank customer support departments that don't understand the Google Wallet for Fitbit is different.

Thank you so much. Up operates under Bendigo bank (on the list) so I thought they'd also work but I guess they don't.
