cannot set my fitbit charge hr with Samsung s4

I have tried it all.settings checked;Bluetooth reset; firbit reboot; phone reboot; teething on or of; still can't pair it. My phone can see hr in nearby devices but using app i can not pair it. Hèeeeeeeeeeeelp before i loose the will to live.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @zuzkabul! Welcome! I'd like you to make sure of the following:

1. You're attempting to set up with a supported device.   
2. Bluetooth is enabled in your Android settings. Bluetooth also must be enabled within the Fitbit app. You can check this by tapping the menu button and selecting Device Settings. 

Once you have verified the requirements above please try the following steps: 

1. Reboot your Android device. 
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and try setting up again.

Have done all of the above. The app is skipping the screen when you need to hold 3 sec to get the code. I have set up on the computer but can't pair with my phone.

I have the latest version of the app. Reinstall done as part of investigation. Phone was updated too
