I was logged out of my Android Fitbit app. When I try to log in, it says my password is invalid. I never receive a password reset email. Nothing in my spam folder. No email. I tried calling customer service. They were not helpful. I just need a password reset email so I can reset my password. I am writing on this forum in the hope of reaching someone who can be helpful. Please do not tell me to call support. I've tried that and they were not helpful. Just send me the password reset email. One small, simple thing is all I want - to use my Fitbit again. Send me the email.

Sorry @drewspen bit as your fellow Fitbit isees, we are unable to send an email to reset your password.
Since you are currently logged into your Fitbit account, I suggest going to your settings and check the registered email address. Make sure that your email is the one you think that it is.
Now I would check your saved passwords and see if your password for Fitbit has been saved.
