cannot update with time incorrect

I'm sure that the time of my phone and fitbit are the same time! But cannot transfer data now.But two day before is no problem, how can I do to solve problem and don't lost any information!

Hello @maviswong2004 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂  If your tracker is not syncing to your account, please review the help article: I can't sync my tracker to find the troubleshooting steps to get you back on track!   Also if you are not able to sync for a day your Fitbit tracker has the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. Summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days.
