I'd like to take a closer look into what's happening with your Charge 2 and why it won't connect to your m8. Please answer the following questions: Are you getting any sort of error message? If so, what does it say? Are you making sure that the phone's Bluetooth is turned on? Are you trying to pair or just sync the tracker?

 

Knowing this will help you find the best way to get this resolved. Look forward to assisting you!
