My dashboard recorded 12368 steps yet my daily challenges only recorded 11395; any ideas?

Hi, @swans , if any of your steps were entered manually, or synced from a third party app, they will not count in Challenges.  Only steps recorded directly by your tracker count.  Could this be the issue in your case?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Thank you. I think this maybe the problem as when I deleted my run my count did reduce. Very strange as they are still steps taken. Something to be aware of.
