i have set the timezone. Downloaded the app on Pixel 4. It doesn't sync and I am totally frustrated.  It says it's April 13 at 6:05.   It is July 28 at 5:10.

Hi, @dadof2 , welcome to the community, what Android version are you on with your Pixel 4? Fitbit Compatible Devices - Help explains why you need Android 9 or newer.

Please let us know which Fitbit you are using and confirm you have paired it to the Fitbit app.
