charge 2 not syncing since sept 30th

Hi all,

Ive had fitbits for over 3 years now, I currently have a charge 2 and it has stopped syncing with my phone and computer. I have tried all the fixes I could find online, but no luck. It's dropped out before but never for this long.  I know its compatible with my sony xperia z2 as it has been working fine for the year or so ive had it. Any other thoughts, I was looking at upgrading to the Fitbit versa, but if i can't fix the syncing problem, there's not much point. I love fitbit and don't really want to change, but if the problem continues, I may have no choice. It seems to be a common problem in the last month or so!

Issue was resolved by contacting Fitbit online chat, very helpful, problem was solved within 10 min
