my charge 3 just stopped pairing 2 days ago and i got it to oair yesterday but i had to add it like a new device to get it to and then after i added it it still wont sync. o have tried restarting my bluetooth, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, made sure my software on the app and my phone were up to date, rebooting my charge 3 tracker, and checked the optimization on the app for my battery and nothing has worked still not syncing.

I had same problem with charge 3 on my samsung a7. I eneded up taking it back to store purchased from and they exchanged. Its ok at present but only had it 2 weeks. It hadnt sync today from yesterday tho, i turned phone off then on and again and it synced, may well have been a coincidence, but there was no reason why it shouldnt have synced for 24 hrs. Watch thus space, my origional charge 3 lasted 3 months before not syncing and not registering my runs
